Eger Harbor House is a licensed New York State Department of Health Assisted Living Program Facility and a licensed Medicaid Provider.

Located on our beautiful 22-acre campus, Harbor House is a five story building accommodating 75 residents.  Each furnished unit includes a living and sleeping area, private bathroom and kitchenette specially designed to meet the needs of residents.  Lounges are also available for relaxation and socialization.

Harbor House provides the following services:

            ♦          Room and Board

            ♦          Supervision and case management under a licensed registered nurse

            ♦          Personal care services

            ♦          24 hour Certified Home Health Aide availability

            ♦          Assistance with activities of daily living

            ♦          Physical, Occupational and Speech therapies provided under contract

                        with a certified home health agency

            ♦          Therapeutic Recreation Programming

            ♦          Three nutritional meals daily to including nutritional  counseling

            ♦          Pastoral Care services

            ♦          Housekeeping Services

Amenities include laundry facilities, library, use of computers, landscaped garden, patio and access to beauty salon services.

All applicants to Eger Harbor House receive a comprehensive assessment by our professional staff along with a nurse from a Certified Home Care Service Agency to determine eligibility standards set forth by the New York State Department of Health for Assisted Living Program .
