Certified Nursing Assistant

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct and indirect care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Responsible for all job duties in accordance with the policies, procedures, standards and plans of care for our residents. Is responsible for review of daily assignment and the seeking of  direction on care issues from a licensed nurse.

Registered Nurse

​

The Registered Nurse provides direct and indirect nursing care on a designated clinical unit. Utilizes independent judgment in performing responsibilities. Coordinates and integrates the interdisciplinary care plan and functions as the liaison between residents, families, physicians, other departments and the public. Reports directly to the nursing care coordinator/nursing supervisor.

Nursing Supervisor

​

The Nursing Supervisor assumes administrative and clinical responsibility for the nursing management of the nursing units on a given shift. Supervises and oversees the nursing management of residents provided by all levels of nursing personnel. Is a participant in review of policies and procedures. Participate in the identification of important aspects of care and practice for quality assessment and for fostering of continuous quality improvement.
